My name is Josie, and I have been working at Den Herder since 2020. I am from Hudson, Iowa. I am a member of the kennel staff and am also a veterinary assistant. I am currently completing my biology degree at Wartburg College and will graduate in the spring 2026. In my free time, I foster and train service dogs for Retrieving Freedom. It is a new passion of mine, and I love connecting with each dog I get to work with. Some other things I enjoy are reading, leading my youth group, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
