Married with three daughters, two grown, one living and working in Cedar Rapids and the other living and working in Iowa City getting ready to attend her Junior year at the University of Iowa. Our youngest is beginning her Freshman year at Don Bosco High School and we enjoy watching her play volleyball, run track, play softball and participate in tumbling and trampoline. We also enjoy boating, water skiing, drives in our Jeep and landscaping and renovation projects on our acreage. Living on 5 acres of forest has also helped me cultivate my love of birds and bird watching. We have 2 dogs and 4 cats that keep us well entertained.
I was born and raised in Waterloo and I’m a graduate of Waterloo West High.
BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management
I currently manage accounting for DenHerder as well as several other family business ventures my husband and I are a part of.
When I was asked to become a part of the DenHerder team it was an easy choice because it also feels like working with my family. I love being a part of DenHerder and greatly enjoy all of my coworkers and the awesome environment. Being able to mix my Business degree with my deep love of animals is a dream come true. While I don’t get to interact with clients much, I do get to occasionally cuddle a few furry ones in the back.
