Todd is the Lead Customer Service Representative at Den Herder Veterinary Hospital, where he champions an exceptional experience for every pet and owner.  He blends over 10 years of customer service expertise with 7 years in the veterinary field, a skillset grounded by his graduate degree in conflict resolution. In addition to guiding our client care team, Todd manages our social media presence and online reputation. His passion for caring extends beyond the clinic—when not supporting pets and their people, he’s nurturing his green thumb, often spotted hunting for rare plants at garden stores.
